ENDURANCE COACHING

Every coach-athlete relationship we have is unique. The day to day relationship is driven by the needs of you the athlete. All of the sessions are bespoke to you and your current needs. We do not believe in off the peg packages when working 1-1.

 

We very much enjoy and thrive working alongside athletes to help you achieve your goals. We ensure what we do as a collective meets the 

athletes level, lifestyle, needs and the improvement will be sustained. We ensure full understanding of what we do and why we do it so you the athlete will learn, progress and question, taking ownership of your own journey.

We bring a vast amount of experience at the highest level, a strong academic background and an absolute passion for endurance sport and competition.

Every relationship is individual hence why you may not see the usual list of details within each package. You get what you need to hit your goals and what will benefit you the most.

 
 

The Packages We Offer

Gold Coaching Plan £160 pcm

 

For the serious athlete. A training diary that will be planned, reviewed, planned and adjusted up to daily and feedback will be given on each session. Your contact time with us will be unlimited, wherever you are in the world.

 

Silver Coaching Plan  £120 pcm

 

Similar to our Gold coaching plan but with weekly as opposed to daily planning, reviews and feedback.  Your contact time will be limited to two calls a month but unlimited emails. 

 

Bronze Coaching Plan £100 pcm

 

With the bronze package your daily prescribed training sessions will be planned and reviewed every two weeks but we will be keeping an eye on your progress and will intervene as and when needed. Coach contact available every week via email with one phone call a month.

 

Monthly Training Plan £80 pcm

 

Suitable for all athletes on a budget. Your daily training will be prescribed on a monthly basis with feedback offered at the end of each month to review how you have got on. Contact time in this package is limited to email only.

Bolt Ons - (Reduced price to coached riders)

 

4 Day Dietary Analysis £120 (discounted check ups @ £60)

 

The nutritional analysis will take the form of a four day diary completed via an app on your phone.  We will analyse your macro and micro nutrient intake and offer adjustments to suit and suggestions on meals in line with findings in order to get the most out of your performance.

 

Technical coaching session £50 ph

 

The monthly session would be aimed at your on the bike weaknesses with a focus on what you need to be able to do to execute your goals. In your case this may be looking at cornering and descending skills. We would work on certain skills during the session and then you would go away and work on the drills to then progress the following month.

 TECHNICAL SESSIONS

As a coach at British Cycling, much of Jon’s day to day work was technical individual and group sessions. Breaking down the art of bike riding to one single skill at a time and adding them together to create an all round bike rider.

The key to these sessions is simple instruction and FUN! Games are the order of the day and takes care of the learning by putting each skill to the test. A great way to learn with mates or your club.
