Every coach-client relationship we have is unique. The day to day relationship is driven by the needs of you the client. All of the sessions are bespoke to you and your current needs. We do not believe in off the peg packages when working 1-1.

We ensure full understanding of what we do and why we do it so you the athlete will learn, progress and question, taking ownership of your own journey.​ We bring a vast amount of experience at the highest level, a strong academic background and an absolute passion for endurance sport and competition.

We want you to become a consistent trainer and someone who looks forward to each session. ​We have found consistency is key to progress and many athletes stumble at this hurdle. By managing your workload in a strategic fashion, we have been able to completely change every athletes approach to their sport. Less injuries, less mental stress, more fun and greater progress!

"As age and injuries were creeping on and I was looking at my 60th Birthday, one of the big things I was beginning to notice was an ever-decreasing drop in usable HR and power. Alongside this was increased weight, subtle but none less there and I was starting to find recovery from longer, harder events were much slower.
