We ensure full understanding of what we do and why we do it so you the athlete will learn, progress and question, taking ownership of your own journey. We bring a vast amount of experience at the highest level, a strong academic background and an absolute passion for endurance sport and competition.
We want you to become a consistent trainer and someone who looks forward to each session. We have found consistency is key to progress and many athletes stumble at this hurdle. By managing your workload in a strategic fashion, we have been able to completely change every athletes approach to their sport. Less injuries, less mental stress, more fun and greater progress!
