We aim to educate and support athletes by empowering them to select the right foods and fluids, in the right quantity and at the right time by providing bespoke, periodised nutrition support that helps you achieve your goals. We will reduce your risk of illness, enhance recovery between training sessions and achieve optimum body health for both your health and sport.

Our goals are to get you healthy in the first instance and improve your sporting performance on the back of this. We have a 'food first, but not only food approach', we look to get as much as we can out of your diet, and then ensure if you are still deficient in any area, then we will look to combat that. We need to keep you healthy and your performance will rocket on this back of this.

Performance Nutrition

We use the latest research and our vast experience as practitioners to ensure your nutrition journey with us is second to none.

Our nutritionist, Jon Bateman, is post graduate qualified, a member of the British Dietetics Association and is on the Sport and exercise Nutrition Register (SENR). Jon also lectures in Nutrition and Metabolism at the University of Sunderland, teaching theory as well as practical lab skills.

To help deliver our nutritional support, we use the SENPRO app. This is free to use for our clients and offer everything we need to get you on track and stay there.

Dietary Analysis

We will analyse every area of your diet, your exercise and non exercise activity. We will provide you with a comprehensive report that will detail your energy needs whether on a rest day, training or race day. The report will be bespoke to you, helped along the way with 1-1 support and education to ensure you understand every part of the process.

We will take away the confusion and stress of your nutritional needs and help you navigate through all of the chaos.

Body Composition Analysis

Within the body composition analysis, we take measurements for height, mass, skin fold measurements at 8 sites, girths and finally breadths. A very comprehensive baseline to track progress for athletes of all ages, especially useful for academy athletes.

This service can be used for weight loss purposes as well as preparing for specific events and also ensuring you are not dropping weight as you are progressing in your training.
