We have a wide range of clients from teenagers to octogenarians and all in between. A large portion of our massage clients do little to no exercise at all, but they feel they get a great benefit from a massage. This is the most common form of event massage. The main purpose is to bring the body back to pre event state by flushing the muscles and to identify any injuries that may need further attention.
