We operate a food first policy which means we want to ensure you meet your nutritional needs by eating real food. We offer a great range of menu plans for all diets with easy to use recipes that suit your lifestyle.

Why choose the Endurance Academy to get you on the right track with your nutrition?  Our in house nutritionist, Jon, is a post graduate exercise physiologist and licensed nutritionist with the BDA (British Dieteics Association). This means Jon has a strong understanding of biochemistry, so he really knows how the body works and what it needs to get the best out of it.

Sports Nutrition Plan

This package is aimed at athletes who are really feeling lost with their diet. Are you feeling overly fatigued, loading up on supplements and energy products unnecessarily? We will carry out a four day dietary analysis to delve into where you are currently at with you diet, where you are deficient and where you are overloading.  We will then highlight this and give you advice on how to get your diet back on track. We will create 4 full day menus for you to follow with recipes for each and every meal to get you started.  We will then go through the process with you to ensure understanding on your part to get you back on track.

  • 60 minute initial consultation

  • 4 day food diary analysis 

  • 4 complete menu days including rest day, race day, easy training and hard training day.

  • 60 minute review with recommendations and questions.

 

We use SenPro to manage your nutrition profile and you will have your own personal hub to track your behaviour. We will give you access to your recipes and daily menus, give you access to infographics to help in  your understanding and keep everything you need to improve your nutrition in one handy place.

Dietary Analysis

This package is for the the athlete who is confident on their day to day diet but would like to ensure they are hitting their dietary needs. We will analyse your four day dietary diary and then feedback the findings to you and highlight where we feel you are deficient in both macro and micro nutrients to ensure you are meeting your neergy needs as an athlete.
